60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods 1-5 am
11 hours driving allowance per day
14 hours on-duty allowance per day
Sleeper Berth provision
Passenger Seat provision
Personal Conveyance provision
30 minutes break provision
Location recording for vehicle’s engine activation and deactivation, along with location recording every 60 minutes when the vehicle is in motion
Mobile device restrictions allowing duty status changes only when the vehicle is stationary
Visual and/or audible alerts on the mobile device for any malfunctions
After 5 minutes of vehicle inactivity, the mobile device defaults to on-duty not driving, requiring the driver to input the correct status
