DOT FMCSA compliance application is designed to assist in recording driver duty status and ensure adherence to various regulations such as:

  • 60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
  • 34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods 1-5 am
  • 11 hours driving allowance per day
  • 14 hours on-duty allowance per day
  • Sleeper Berth provision
  • Passenger Seat provision
  • Personal Conveyance provision
  • 30 minutes break provision
  • Location recording for vehicle’s engine activation and deactivation, along with location recording every 60 minutes when the vehicle is in motion
  • Mobile device restrictions allowing duty status changes only when the vehicle is stationary
  • Visual and/or audible alerts on the mobile device for any malfunctions
  • After 5 minutes of vehicle inactivity, the mobile device defaults to on-duty not driving, requiring the driver to input the correct status
